Top 10 Male Celebrity Hat Wearers
The hat is a classic accessory for men, and with celebrities spotted everywhere sporting the humble hat, mens headwear has been revived. We have selected our top 10 celebrity men who have been pictured wearing a variety of hats and pull them off perfectly. So check them out below and see what you think.
1. Justin Timberlake
Okay maybe an obvious choice but he does it so well... This Duckbill cap is a classic style that JT has tied together with a bit of stick-on facial hair and a shirt and waistcoat combo. This vintage style sets off a chilled everyday style that suits him to a T. Justin has made it to number one as he helped to make the over-sized beanie famous, and is often seen in trilbies as well; he is a dedicated hat-wearer whose look is often finished off with a stylish bit of headwear.
The 'Soho' Duckbill Flat Cap £10
2. Hugh Jackman
He won 'Celebrity Hat Wearer of the Year 2009' according to the Telegraph newspaper, along with Carla Bruni (see the list here). Although we're not Telegraph readers, we thought we'd still let Hugh sneak in at number 2. But you can see why they gave it to him from the pic above, the dark trilby hat Jackman is wearing here is an absolute classic look that is tied together with the sunglasses and scarf (that's 3 ticks on the men's accessories, nice one Hugh).

3. Johnny Depp
Mr Depp has become one of the most famous actors and style icons of the last 100 years. In our book he can do no wrong, and it helps when you see him sporting the Fedora hat seen in this picture. The sleek easy style completes a classic look that is teamed with a modern jersey, over-sized scarf. The trilby or fedora hat is now intrinsic to Johnny D's look, since he's seen in them all over the place, and every time it looks perfect.
The 'Plunck' Trilby Hat £20 (Sale Price)
4. Jake Gyllenhaal
A beanie is the perfect touch for a laid-back everyday casual look... not least because you don't have to bother with your hair. Jake Gyllenhaal (off-of Donnie Darko) has matched his with some wayfarer-style shades and a casual shirt for a chilled men's look. The beanie is slightly pulled back and gathered at the back, just how it supposed to be. Unless of course you're trying to make a normal-sized beanie look like an oversized. You won't have that problem with our grey beanie (below); it's massive.
The 'Deux' Oversized Beanie £8
5. Brad Pitt
Brad Pitt is probably underestimated as a stylish fellow, but wearing a classic flat cap in this picture Pitt shows he can pull it off very well indeed. A white tee can be instantly be sooped-up by wearing a hat like this that is so versatile and a proper man's hat. He has, especially recently, been pictured wearing a hat often, looking great each time and has created a look which is both classic and modern in one.
The 'Eddie' Flat Cap £15
6. Ashton Kutcher
The baseball cap has been around for years and is the textbook casual style of men's head wear. Ashton Kutcher likes a good baseball cap, and is seen here leaving the airport wearing one, ideal to cover up any bad hair days and hide yourself from prying paps. It suits his head-shape really well so well done to you A-K.
Goorin bros 'Herb' Baseball Cap £20
7. David Beckham
Another obvious choice to put Becks into a style category but there is always good reason; more than anyone he has pushed the boundaries and mostly he pulls it off... meaning the rest of us are wearing the same sometime later. The over-sized, ribbed grey knitted beanie which is teamed with the winter scarf and leather jacket in this pic is nicely done by DB.

8. Jared Leto
The king of guy liner himself, Jared Leto (off-of Requiem for a Dream) had to make it into the top 10 for wearing this all-fur black trapper hat. This is definitely one of the best winter hats and is definitely underrated so it is good seeing Leto make it look great and give the Trapper some deserved publicity.
EK by New Era 'Trapper' Russian Hat £20
9. Ne-Yo
Ne-Yo has made the top 10 as he wears trilbies religiously, and now people instantly recognise him because of the hats he wears; they have literally become his look and therefore he comfortably makes the list. Looking good.
EK by New Era 'Turnup City' Hat £15 (Sale Price)
10. Robert Pattinson
The loose skull-style beanie is the reason why Robert Pattinson has made it at number 10. Great idea for any day you want a chilled look and chuck something on to leave the house. Teamed with some classic black wayfarers this chilled out look is completed with the use of this nicely-styled hat.
