Return - Now extended until Friday 9th January 2012

  • We accept returns with no questions asked as long as we receive the item/s in original condition by Friday 9th January 2012.
  • We will refund the amount paid for the items, and we will also refund the delivery charge you paid if you used standard delivery.
  • You must pay for the cost of returning them to us, we strongly recommend getting adequate cover against loss in transit.
  • We will email you to confirm we have received your return and process a refund within 24 hours of receiving it back at our office.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item please follow the returns procedure and order the replacement through the site in the normal way.

Faulty

If you find an item that you purchase from equip.co.uk to be faulty, please let us know by emailing info@equip.co.uk (Mon-Fri 10.00am - 6.00pm) quoting the order number.

We will then cover the cost of returning the item to us and either issue a refund or replacement as you wish.

Non Delivery

If you have not received an order to the UK three working days following your order, please contact us and we will track it for you.

If you find that any of the items on your order are missing, please inform us by emailing info@equip.co.uk during office hours (Mon-Fri 10.00am - 6.00pm) quoting the order number and we will send missing items to you immediately.
