J-Fold is a new York based company which launched their stunning range of men's wallets and bags in the USA in 2003. Since then they have achieved great success and have brought such styles as the 'Tred' and 'Waxed Vertical' to the UK in 2005. It has been the focus upon quality, durability and design that have enabled them to become renowned for their products nationally and internationally.
Materials used by J-Fold: Leather and Cotton
Leather:
All wallets have been produced from full-grain top quality leather which gives the entire range an exclusive feel and excellent finish. Each wallet has an individual style, with the use of ribbed textures, coloured materials and streamlined profiles. All pockets are lined with leather and/or coordinating or highlighting fabric.
“A wallet is a man’s most important accessory,” says J Fold co-founder Will Snyder, “it’s often his only accessory.”

Cotton:
Similar to the type used by the Military, the thick cotton fabric J-Fold use has been soaked in wax to form a durable, strong and masculine style fabric. This process is used throughout the bag range to produce men's laptop, messenger and general day bags that are specifically designed for daily usage. The wax coating offers a breathable protective property against the weather and hardens it against the wear of everyday life. This type of fabric and the process used let it age naturally, gaining a rugged, masculine exterior and finish.
'J-Fold combines thoughtful design with the highest quality components to produce bags with superior functionality and durability. By a process originally developed for military use, the cotton exterior of this bag has been soaked in was to resist wear while providing a breathable barrier against the elements. The material can withstand harsh treatment and will develop a rugged character to the way you use your J-Fold bag'

Features
All bags designed and made by J-Fold have been produced to hold a 15" laptop (or smaller). Inside the main compartments are padded, felt lined sections which protect your valuable items; perfectly sized for a Mac Book Pro for example. Other larger and smaller pockets surround this section, ranging from wide zipped compartments to concealed mobile, pen and wallet holders. Detailing such as zip tabs and brackets for straps are constructed from premium leather, All straps are adjustable and made from 5cm webbing for durability and strength. This enables the bag to be worn comfortably either over the shoulder or across the body.
