Fossil are an American brand who became famous for their watches. The quality of design, style and presentation sets a certain precedent that has been difficult to beat. Styles such as the 'Spencer' display the masculine, functional and superior designs that are incorporated within the Fossil men's watch collection.
The 'Spencer' watch has a functional quartz chronograph system that uses 3 additional dials to the main watch fascia. These 8mm wide dials measure minutes, seconds and the 24hr clock. There is also a date function included which sits to the right hand side of the face. The 12, 3, 6 and 9 markers are set out numerically and the additional hours in straight lines, these lines plus the analogue hands have been made fluorescent, glowing in the dark to enable the watch to be read.
The face has been finished in black to coordinate with the genuine leather, black classic style strap. The casing for the watch along with the 3 crowns that sits to the right hand side of the face has been constructed from silver stainless steel and has a 4.6cm diameter. The 'Spencer' is water resistant up to 5ATM meaning that it will withstand splashes and showering. This men's watch is a classic style with the Fossil stamp of quality. It can be worn daily for casual or formal wear as it is a piece that will never age.
