What if I have a question about the item I would like to buy?
Click on the 'Product Enquiry' button below the main product image to ask any question. We aim to get back to you within 1 hour during office hours in the UK (10am-6pm Mon-Fri GMT) and 24 hours at the very most.
What if the item I want is not in stock?
Please click on the 'Product Enquiry' button below the main product image to enquire if we will be getting more stock of a particular item.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes if you would prefer, we can take your order over the phone. Please call us on +44 (02380) 988174 during our office hours Mon-Fri 10am-6pm GMT.
I chose Standard Delivery and my order hasn't turned-up. What should I do?
Standard Delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked which should take a maximum of 2 working days to be delivered but unfortunately is not guaranteed (although over 99% are delivered within 2 working days). Please wait for 5 working days, if your order still hasn't turned-up please contact us and we will track it. If we are unable to locate it, we will send out a replacement to you.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. If you would like to pick-up your order from our Stevenage, Hertfordshire office, please first place your order, then call or email us to arrange a time to collect it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Delta, and also PayPal. We will be adding Google Checkout soon as well.
Do you accept cheques?
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques or postal orders as payment.
My card has not been authorised. What should I do?
Try ordering again, ensuring to match your address as closely as possible to how it appears on your bank statement. If there is still a problem, please contact us by email or phone as we may be able to help place the order.
How much does Standard UK delivery cost?
For goods of value up to £30, standard delivery costs £2.50
For goods of value £30 or over, standard delivery is free.
How are the orders delivered?
Orders are delivered via Royal Mail. The service used will depend on the order value, this is outlined on the Delivery page.
Will I have to sign for my order?
If you choose Standard Delivery, No.
If you choose Next Working Day, Choose Working Day or Saturday Delivery, Yes.
If there is no-one available to receive the order, you can re-arrange delivery, arrange collection from a Post Office or collect the order from the sorting office. Instructions will be given on the card posted at your address.
Can I return an item I have purchased?
Yes as long as the item is in original condition meaning it must be unworn and/or unused and the product packaging must be in original condition (not delivery packaging). Please refer to our returns section for full details.
Do you store my personal details on your systems?
If you choose to have an account with us, we only store your name and address to make it easier for you purchase the next time from equip.co.uk. We do not store your credit/debit card details.
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Yes. We delivery to all countries in the EC and also to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
