If you are not satisfied with your purchase from equip.co.uk we offer a 14 day full money back refund
This is only provided if the unwanted items are in original condition and the time period runs from the date of receipt of your order, to the date of receipt back at our offices.
Please ensure you have accurate insurance / tracking when you send the item back as we cannot be responsible for any items that do not reach us.
To return your goods, all we ask is that you:
i)Email us on info@equip.co.uk or call us on (02380) 988174 to inform us that you are unhappy with your order stating your order number.
ii)Then return your purchase in its original condition to the address given below. Tags and stickers must still be attached along with any accompanying documentation.
iii)Upon agreement that the item is in original condition we will issue the refund to the original payment card.

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items, however, if you require a refund on a certain item please follow the instructions given above and simply order your replacement from the website in the normal way.
If you find an item that you purchase from equip.co.uk to be faulty, please let us know by emailing info@equip.co.uk or phoning (02380) 988174 during office hours (Mon-Fri 10.00am - 6.00pm) quoting the order number.
We will then cover the cost of returning the item to us and either issue a refund or replacement as you wish.
If you have not received your order three working days following your order, please contact us and we will track it for you.
If you find that any of the items on your order are missing, please inform us by emailing info@equip.co.uk or calling us on (02380) 988174 during office hours (Mon-Fri 10.00am - 6.00pm) quoting the order number and we will send missing items to you immediately.
