What if I have a question about the item I would like to buy?

What if the item I want is not in stock?
We aim to stock everything that is on equip.co.uk however may run out of certain items on occasion.
- If there is a message showing the estimated delivery time and you would still like to place the order, please continue your order and we will despatch your order as soon as the stock arrives.
- If the message does not give an estimated delivery time, please contact us for stock information on info@equip.co.uk or (02380) 988174 (Mon-Fri 10.00am - 6.00pm) stating the appropriate product code.
In either case, we will not charge your card until your order is delivered.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot currently take orders over the phone.
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
If you are based outside the UK please contact us to arrange the delivery charge.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, because online transactions are classified as 'Cardholder Not Present' and there are different consumer rights associated and you are generally not able to pick up your order.
Which cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Delta, American Express and JCB.
Do you accept cheques?
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
My card has not been authorised. What should I do?
Try ordering again, ensuring to match your address as closely as possible to how it appears on your bank statement. If there is still a problem, please contact your card issuer.
How much does delivery cost?
For goods of value up to £30 delivery costs £2.
For goods of value £30 or over, delivery is free.
How are the orders delivered?
Orders are delivered via Royal Mail. The service used will depend on the order value, but all items are sent on a next-day service, and you will have to sign for your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders should be received within two working days after ordering however most will be delivered the next working day.
Will I have to sign for my order?
Yes. If there is no-one available to receive the order, you can re-arrange delivery, arrange collection from a Post Office or collect the order from the sorting office. Instructions will be given on the card posted at your address.
Can I return an item I have purchased?
Yes as long as the item is in original condition meaning it must be unworn and/or unused and the product packaging must be in original condition (not delivery packaging). Please refer to our returns section for full details.
Do you store my personal details on your systems?
If you choose to have an account with us, we only store your name and address to make it easier for you purchase the next time from equip.co.uk. We do not store your credit/debit card details.
