The Italian brand, Energie, are a company who strives to succeed in quality and design. Nearly all of their products are designed and made in Italy to give their collections that certain edge against any competition. The 'Burden'' holds the quality of the Energie brand in the classically cut men's black trilby which were made famous around the turn of the C20th.
The main construction of the hat has been formed with a black fabric which has an almost contour ripple in some lights. The 'Burden' has the classic brim and indented crown which is what makes this hat the classic cut that it is. However, the finishing touches which makes this hat a modern item is the Energie design features. Around the main body of the hat is double webbed band, there is a 2.5cm/1" black band backed with 4cm/1.5" dark grey band. On top of this is a thin white line which runs around the entire circumference. On one side of the trilby on the webbing band are 2 looped piece of leather look fabric which is riveted to the hat and are joined by 2 aged piece of silver detailing giving this hat the quality and design it needs to be associated with the brilliant Italian brand.
Inside, the 'Burden' trilby is lined with a black cotton lining which is highlighted with a white intricate Energie coat of arms print to give this hat another subtle modern day detail. This hat will be perfect for the Autumn/Winter Season. However, this hat will have an element of breathability with the cotton construction so will transition into the warmer seasons.
