This is a fantastic baseball cap from the Italian company Energie. Baseball caps have evolved since the C19th from the baseball phenomena that rose in the USA. This style of hat has given way to such superior quality products from Energie as the 'Frenzy'.
The back 4 triangular panels are constructed from a black meshed fabric which makes the hat breathable and give it a 'baseball' hat look. The larger front section is a solid red diagonally quilted panel which blends into the curved peak. This panel is what makes this hat stand out from the crowd and also makes it durable. As you look at the hat the Energie logo is sewn vertically along the right hand side of the front panel.
Inside the hat there is a padded headband running around the perimeter to make this hat sit comfortably on the head. On this band is printed in white 'It's Only Rock and Roll' which is part of a range brought out for the A/W. At the back of the hat is an adjustable strap with a pivoted clasp so this hat can be customized to the size you need..
