This is a fine example of a sheer scarf from the excellent designers at F by Friis. It is entirely constructed from a single colour, black. This gives it an almost gothic feel but looks extremely stylish and understated.
There are patterns on the scarf, noticeably the thick stripes along the length and thinner stripes in-between these which have a distressed, slightly irregular feel. The thin tassels at the ends add up to make this a fashion-led scarf that would suit many looks.
It is extra wide and long meaning it can be worn in a variety of ways but could also be folded to create a scarf of normal dimensions. The material is viscose, similar to cotton, which provides a very cool and soft feel to this great looking sheer scarf.
