The main body of the necklace is constructed from a matte black rubber thong which fastens using a 925 sterling silver spring ring clasp. The clasp is balanced by the pendant which sits in the centre of the necklace. The static blackness of the rubber is complemented and contrasted by this grooved pendant which wraps around the circular profile. Is sits a about 5cm long and is adorned with a simple spiral design in the centre. The silver is slightly curved to cohere with the path of the necklace creating a contemporary and stylised item.
